Southern Gardener specializes in commercial and residential design to "bridge the built environment to the surrounding landscape providing a better sense of place to enhance a person's outdoor experience."  

He is a member of both the Emerging Green Builder's Society and Georgia chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architecture.  He serves on the Waddell Barnes Botanical Garden board as landscape architect.

He is a project manager and designer at Advanced Engineering Services; a full service civil engineering firm.
